"Kallisto" - a new program for RISM series A/II

The International Inventory of Musical Sources (RISM) committee let develop
a new data bank system for the Series A/II: Music Manuscripts after 1600.

The objective was to migrate the data bank into a library format and to make it
possible for the country groups to work via the Internet on a common data bank.
Furthermore, it will be easier to exchange data from already existing library or source data
banks with RISM or for RISM to make partial data banks available for projects or e.g. OPAC.

We hope for a further intensification of the common work.
